Felidae (lack of) news and Discord group
Almost two years since the last journal, and still there are little news for the fandom.
The authors spent the last years in publishing controversial political-opinions books and fighting legal battles over controversial statements. So far no hint about a potential resumption of works on the Felidae book series and no news about potential publishing of english translations.
Meanwhile, the fandom is still active in production of many new awesome fanarts! And the group will stay active tracking them down and sharing them with the community!

Felidae news and update for this year.
Since November 2015 the Felidae Fandom suffered badly due the controversial behavior of the main author series Akif Pirincci, who seems to have distanced himself from the series (so far no news while previously books were released and constant update was given for next project) being absorbed in political activity.
Nevertheless the fandom is still very active! New fanarts has been produced by many awesome artists and the Felidae-Fanclub kept and will keep track of new arts to keep updated all the followers for the many new Fanarts and Original Characters created!

Felidae books removed from Amazon (bad news).
As consequences for the heavy controversies involving the author Akif Pirincci, Amazon has removed all the links for Felidae books in Kindle edition.
The books can still bought at different prices from different sources, but the removal of the Kindle edition it's an heavy loss. Particularly sad is the loss of a series of translation of the books (French, Spanish, English), including the fifth book (Salve Roma) that was released in english ONLY in Kindle edition.
This means that German readers have lost the more cheap way to buy the books, Spanish and French readers lost it for the Kindle edition, and all the world readers lost the opportun
Official statement-2 (dark future for Felidae)
Some time ago the Felidae Fanclub expressed the distance toward the unexpected and extremely harsh view expressed by the Felidae author Akif Pirincci in matters of criticism toward multiculturalism, immigration, integration of Islam, homosexual rights etc...
It occurred with deep sadness to the most older fans and creators of the Fanclub to observe how Akif engaged into bloody debates and publishing of controversial books, with expression of far-right extremism ( contents that the Felidae series was obviously lacking).
Giving the point that right of speech should be respected, it appears that this time Akif made an even excessive step:
